What a home visit includes

  • We can prescribe as needed. We carry many frequently prescribed medications, and when it is needed we will send a prescription to your pharmacy
  • Follow-up care and communication

Membership replaces insurance billing for these services. Pick the tier that fits your family; the price is the price.

At this time because we are a new clinic we do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid and do not treat Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries at this clinic. We hope to accept it in the future when more established.

No surprise bills. Procedures, medications, and equipment are billed separately, and we will always give you the price up front. If it is not listed here, ask us.

When are home visits available?

During business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Messages outside those hours aren't monitored; for urgent needs after hours, go to urgent care or the nearest emergency department.
