Concierge pediatrics means direct, relationship-based care from providers who know your child. Membership gives your family same-day telehealth for acute concerns, in-home visits when they're clinically appropriate, and direct secure messaging with your care team.

Arrowleaf opens for care on August 17, 2026. Founding membership is limited to the first 50 enrolled families.

Choose Become a Member to start your enrollment. You'll complete a secure signup with your family's information, choose a membership tier, and sign your membership agreement online.

Every membership includes same-day telehealth, in-home acute visits when clinically appropriate, direct secure messaging, and prescription management for acute illness. Our Acute + Full Pediatric tier adds scheduled well-child visits, developmental screening, sports and school physicals, chronic condition management, in-home newborn visits, and a member discount on ADHD evaluations. Membership isn't 24/7 or overnight coverage, and it doesn't guarantee an in-home visit or a specific lab, imaging, or specialist service for every concern. Telehealth is always our starting point for acute concerns. We'll recommend an in-home visit, urgent care, or the emergency department when that's the right next step for your child.

Membership is priced by your child's age, from $79 to $239 a month depending on tier and age band, plus a one-time enrollment fee. Families with three or more children in the same tier pay a capped monthly rate instead of the combined total. Founding membership is limited to the first 50 enrolled families and includes 15% off Tier 1 and Tier 2 monthly rates, locked for 24 months. It requires continuous enrollment, and enrollment and newborn fees aren't discounted.

Membership requires a three-month minimum commitment, billed monthly on the first of the month. To cancel, email hello@arrowleafpediatrics.com with 30 days written notice, after the three-month minimum commitment. Enrollment fees are nonrefundable, and monthly fees are nonrefundable once a billing period begins.

Acute care always starts with same-day telehealth. If your child needs to be seen in person, we'll arrange an in-home visit when it's clinically appropriate. Tier 2 members also get scheduled well-child visits and other in-person pediatric care.

We're now serving Liberty Lake, WA and North Idaho, including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and the surrounding area, and we're expanding across greater Spokane this fall. Our standard service area covers Spokane County, WA and Kootenai County, ID. Families in Hayden, Rathdrum, Nine Mile Falls, Medical Lake, Deer Park, or Cheney are in our extended area, with a $50 travel fee per in-home visit.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. If your child has an urgent or emergency need, please seek care elsewhere, at urgent care or the nearest emergency department. If the matter is non-urgent, you will be called or texted back the following business day.

Arrowleaf isn't an emergency service. For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. For urgent needs outside our business hours, urgent care is the right next step.

Yes. Non-member visits are available. A telehealth visit is $199, and an in-home visit is $199 plus a $50 in-home fee, $249 total. We offer same-day appointments for members and do our best to see non-members as well, but members are always prioritized.

Arrowleaf is a direct-pay membership practice, not an insurance-billed one. Your membership fee covers the care included in your tier, with no surprise insurance billing from us.

At this time because we are a new clinic we do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid and do not treat Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries at this clinic. We hope to accept it in the future when more established.

Yes. We accept newborns and care for children from their first days through age seventeen.

We do not perform circumcisions, but we can refer you out to have it done.

We have cash based pricing with Labcorp and Quest. If you desire to give them your insurance information, you can do that.

Before any ADD, ADHD, depression, or anxiety medication is prescribed, basic lab work will be done to rule out any other medical causes of symptoms.

We care for children from their first days through age seventeen.

Yes. Prescription management for acute illness is included as part of membership, and we'll prescribe medication when it's clinically appropriate for your child.
